President and CEO: Michael McAlhany, Jr.

Michael McAlhany has been the President and CEO since UNITS' incorporation in 2005. Michael also serves as President for the following companies: Units Mobile Storage of Charleston (SC) and Greenville (SC), Extra Room Self Storage, LLC, Myrtle Beach (SC), and Extra Room Self Storage, LLC, Pawleys Island (SC).

Mr. McAlhany has been an active member of the Self Storage Association since 1999 as well as the Mobile Self Storage Association since its inception in 2004. His participation with these associations has fueled multiple articles written and published regarding his knowledge and expertise on the Portable Storage industry. Building upon his experience in all facets of traditional storage facility development ranging from site selection, building layout, space mix, and construction through staffing and operations, Mr. McAlhany diversified his talents into the portable storage industry when he launched Units Mobile Storage of Charleston (SC) in 2003. His vision took the company National via franchising in 2006.

UNITS has become a leader in the portable storage industry with Mr. McAlhany's innovations in research and development, working with engineers on the UNIT‐brand container, delivery systems, and warehouse development coupled with a strong staff and marketing team. Current locations range coast-to-coast in the United States, coupled with expansion plans for Australia, Canada and Europe. Mr. McAlhany is a native Charlestonian and exercises his abilities to give back to the community on a personal and Corporate level through involvement in local cancer societies, Junior Leagues, charities and sporting events to name a few.

Vice President: Holly G. McAlhany

Ms. McAlhany is Vice President and COO and has been since incorporation. Since June 2004, Ms. McAlhany also serves as the Vice President of our affiliate, Units Mobile Storage of Charleston (SC). She also serves as Vice President of each of our other affiliates, and has served as such for each since they were formed. Also, since August 2003, Ms. McAlhany has served as the Vice President of Extra Room Self Storage, LLC, Myrtle Beach, a fixed self‐storage facility, located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and since February 2000, Vice President of Extra Room Self‐Storage, LLC located in Pawley's Island, South Carolina. As a native of Charleston, Ms. McAlhany's participation in local community and charitable groups allows her to help improve the lives of others.

Chief Operations Officer: Michael Umberg

Mike served as an integral part of the PODS management team, where he was responsible for performance of a call center that handled sales, customer service, and national franchise support. Mike headed the Corporate Development department and worked with major corporations and military organizations. He managed and performed all daily operations in the 2 largest corporate city locations. Additionally, he created the Asset Management division which was responsible for all fixed and rolling assets of the company, where responsibilities included maintaining equipment, training employees, and oversight of 250 trucks, 50 warehouses and all forklifts.

Chief Financial Officer: Gabe Magee

Gabriel Magee has been the acting CFO for UNITS Franchise Group since June of 2008. Previously, he had been the CFO of a local construction company in Charleston, SC where he had great success. Mutual contacts put Magee in contact with UNITS. Upon hearing of the opportunity to be a part of such a growth company, Magee jumped at the opportunity. It will be Magee's goal to put in place systems that maximize efficiency for the benefit of all involved with UNITS.

Franchise Development Manager: Eric King

Eric King started with UNITS Mobile storage in late 2006 as a Customer Service Representative and then was promoted to Area Manager at the Myrtle Beach location in early 2007. He continued to work with all three company owned locations while overseeing the operations in Myrtle Beach. In 2008 he was promoted to Franchise Operations Manager taking on the role of supporting and assisting all franchisees in daily operations. He continues to support all members of the UNITS Franchising Group while assisting franchisees in establishing a new level of customer service and business growth. He was previously with the Bose Corporation in the role of an Area Manager from 1997-2005.

Franchise Operations: Daniel Jacobsohn

Daniel Jacobsohn started with UNITS Franchise Group in May of 2010 as a Franchise Operations employee. Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing from East Carolina University. He plays a key role in the support and guidance of daily operations for all franchisees within UNITS. Stepping into larger responsibilities, Daniel also researches and implements marketing strategies for local franchises as well as the national programs. Additionally, Daniel has the responsibility for the planning and coordinating of the UNITS' Annual National Convention.

Inter-Franchise Coordinator: Barbara Milam

Barbara Milam joined the UNITS' team in February, 2010, as the Inter-Franchise Coordinator, handling all of the long-distance moves. Prior to joining UNITS, she built upon her years of experience as a property manager in Los Angeles and learned the trucking business from the ground up beginning in 2002, as a dispatcher and then office manager of a national trucking corporation. The experience and contacts Barbara gained in those 8 years have helped grow the UNITS' long-distance arm and she is excited about the future plans for continued national growth, and her role in the expansion.
